I don't understand why pre-season positions are not in alphabetical order like all other respectable leagues. This would put me in 2nd behind @IBWT.
I agree with this <ok>

If the pair of you hadn't got yourselves relegated in April you might have been further up the starting order. Still could be worse - you could be Trev or ACS!!

Does that mean I'm so good that I've won promotion even before a ball has been kicked?

Is this history in the making? Has this ever been done before? Are we witness to a new era of Football Game Prediction domination from SCM? Will anyone else be able to live in a land where SCM is King? Will ACS shoot No Chance when the new game starts? Will JPF keep his hands to himself? Will Cat Woman realise that Robin is not better than two in the bush? Will these questions ever end?

I never got a notification (but thanks for sending anyway) so maybe the others who havent predicted are the same?

I always intened to play again anyway, thanks for running

Just polite <ok> :emoticon-0131-angel

Gets you nowhere in this game. Tried that last year and was cheated and robbed. The decision from the European Court has obviously been notified to No Chance and I am being belatedly reinstated into the top league as he breached my human rights in the way he arbritarily and without justification or cause refused to promote me at the end of last season.

Now if you want to compete in the renowned and world famous Headline Game which restarts on Sunday then that is a real, honest and genuine game. In fact probably the only game on this board which retains integrity as a true and key element to the game experience.

Not for the game. I can rely on scoring the points properly to secure my status :p

In a late twist, the Court of Arbitration for Sport has re-instated Lawro's Guest into the league, having discovered an attempt by someone to bribe the European Court into making their original decision. League placings will remain unchanged and once again those who seek to bribe their way to victory have been thwarted! Ironically, it is a fellow toon fan who has put the correct spin on things and returned order.
