The reality is we're going to be in this dreadful division for the foreseeable future. Next season is going to be the worst we've had for many years but it would appear its a necessity. If we have to build we have to build but it doesn't mean we have to be happy about it. We spent 15 years in the Football League after dropping out and after all that hardship, when we finally made it back, people thought it was the beginning of a new dawn. Enter Tony Fernandes. He takes over a Premier League Club. A quarter of a billion pounds later and we're in the Championship. It looks like we're destined to suffer as QPR fans. I've never been so depressed since I started supporting them. After all those years of scrapping to get back, we're back where we started: In football oblivion. We do not exist any more (outside England at least) and its soul destroying. Thank you Tony. Thank you very much Sir. (PS Friendly results don't mean diddly)
Never mind Swordsie, you can console your self in the knowledge that the games against Cardiff on 15th Aug, Forest 12th Sept and Fulham 25th Sept are all on Sky.....
Like it Tramo. Ain't our first one v Charlton on aswell? You boys did well yesterday. I wouldn't write you off against Kilkenny. You have no fear.
Don't think the Charlton game is on but we'll probably find a stream somewhere..... Must admit I don't follow the GAA that much, don't really understand the games, but from what I've been told Waterford did well yesterday, but KK in the Championship are a different animal compared to the National League....... Assume it's being played at Croke Park, at least we have a motorway to get there now and don't need the KK people to give directions as they used to when going through all the towns en route.....
