If it is rumours you want then our postman is said to have shagged every woman in our road bar one. When I said this to the very lovely Mrs Godders:emoticon-0115-inlov she said it was probably the miserable old battle axe who lives at no 19. We live at no 7 by the way and all this has left me a little concerned......

Shouldn't worry, I am sure the old battle axe will find someone willing?

Can I dredge up one from the archives here?

Beefy, where are we at with Ever Banega? I'd still like him, and he's gone from strength to strength at Sevilla, winning the Europa, and getting MOTM in the final too.

Shame he turned us down. Despite him losing it a little bit, he has recovered and played very well.

Pretty certain Mr harding has signed for Eastleigh

I heard he was with Eastleigh to work on his fitness, rather than potential to move, as he still has a house down here? Their regular LB got injured, so offered him a chance to play and maintain his fitness.

Belgian newspaper Het Belang van Limburg on Thursday name Southampton as one of several Premier League clubs interested in signing Dennis Praet from Anderlecht this summer. The 21 year old is very highly rated indeed and for years had been attracting the attention of some of Europe's biggest and best. He's already played more than 100 games for Anderlecht and at the end of the 2013/2014 season he was named the best footballer in Belgium after helping Anderlecht win the title.

Praet decided to stay where he was for a further season but that campaign didn't quite go so well. Despite impressive performances against Arsenal in the Champions League, Praet saw his season disrupted by injury but he's over those issues now.

The attacking midfielder/winger has recently changed agents to the Stellar Group who also represent Gareth Bale and Luke Shaw, following in their footsteps and impressing at Southampton could be a smart move for all involved. Ronald Koeman will be well aware of Praet's talents and the Dutchman's football would suit the young star.

Anderlecht have slapped a €15m price tag on the player's head, and the £10m that works out to be isn't too much for all the talent Praet has. He would be a great acquisition and Southampton would appear a logical step for the Belgian.

If he was watching tonights game against Feyenoord he couldn't help but be impressed with Saints...you never know

£10m is a bargain. I loves me some Praet; while my history with loving highly-rated young AMs isn't comforting (see: Ramirez, Gaston), Praet has a head-up calmness on the ball that Gaston never mastered.

Mmm DL, was it only yesterday you weren't sure and I suggested you maybe surprised by him?
His cameo tonight was good, up with Cedric and Clasie in the impressive stakes for me now.
Job to comment on Steklenberg yet, he looked very confident tonight but not really under pressure
Martina looked ok against poor opposition but time to will tell but on tonight's performance Matt Target will be our early season LB as he looked very good tonight
