23, 25 and 27 is young enough for me fella, I want instant impact and early safety. Investment in youth should be via the development squad at the moment. All first team investment should by on the hear and now, better finish means you attract better players, then I'd invest in quality first team youth. But that's just me. I don't want another stunted season waiting for the next Connor Wickham to decide if he's a man or a boy.

I think you should have an Avatar-Off

Nads is all over it with the clearer image, though shire has more of the crest in there. Both having the edges cut off shows you're both not quite on your games. This should be close one.

You should have watched him at Real Madrid then. He's a much more complete player and pretty much unstoppable. 61 goals including 8 hat tricks in the league last season.

He's better than Messi now.

Add to that Sport Science advances & additional staff (S&C coaches etc) most players really are in their peak late 20's early 30's.
