Many times I've seen muller play from right.

So Mata is done I suppose at Utd too now.

Yeh he does play quite well from that right side. Usually ends up in the box through a few one twos to then finish off the move.

I think with our needs up front we'd play him as a proper number 9. But we're not buying him so either way Mata is safe for now.

Played 5m onside by a defender who couldn't move.

Didn't play the square ball for the tap in.

Just about scuffed it past the keeper.

Conceded a goal immediately at the other end.

Subbed off.

And yet all that matters is the scoreline and the fact he scored. Go figure!

Tbf bar the goal and a bit of skill where he should have got the pen, he didnt do much. Silva rightly has shown how it's done. Bossing it.
 
unlike many on here i do not consider pedro a striker at all.

maybe it is lukaku... he suits utd's long ball style and is at utd reserves too.

He's a natural forward who was shifted out wide due to the quality at Barcelona.

Brilliant finisher, quality movement and skill, and bags of intelligence.

If United get him, they've practically won the transfer window this summer.
 
Footballers do develop their games, I can only hope Benteke is one of them. Areas where he's not good enough he can work on
that area.Most strikers that won the golden boot are selfish strikers, if you are a good goal scorer you know when to pass the ball
and when not to pass it. Benteke can learn !.
