Or should we be aiming higher? £500K, wants a Northern club and 8 in 16 for a struggling club last season. Seems worth it to me. http://m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/33583621
500k for Le Fondre is a bargain! Looks like N'Doye is going for £3.5m, Jelavic if he does go will be for £4m, Hernandez on loan probably or £4m as a minimum. That's £12.5m in all if we manage to sell all 3, 500k on Le Fondre, £2m on Frazier Campbell, £5m on Andre Gray. £7.5m spent, £5m left. I would be happy with that strike force going into the new season.
" Some Bolton fans have now begun an online campaign to raise £500,000 to help their club sign the striker. Although the current total stands at just £575, the efforts of a small group of Trotters fans have drawn acclaim from Le Fondre." Can we raise more than 575 Quid with a whip-round? Seriously 500k is a bargain for someone with ALF's scoring record.
Think 6 months before Reading paid about £350k for le Fondre we splashed out £1.25m for Aaron McLean. Maybe we/have a second chance to get him in
