It must be quite depressing being a Liverpool fan at the minute. Even the plastic flag wavers like Astro know deep down that Rodgers is a clueless puppet manager and their transfers so far this summer scream of mediocrity. John Boy Henry is more than happy to let Liverpool trundle along in the Europa League places. He's already more than doubled his money, why risk any of his profit by gambling on big money transfers in the futile hope of achieving CL football?

I think Firminho will be for Liverpool what he was in Germany. A decent player who occasionally shows flashes of brilliance but who ultimately isn't top class.

Yeah, I am sure he is<rofl>

At least Rodgers tempered fans expectations with this expensive addition. However the many reds who watch his progress from Brazillian league to PL via Germany will be gloating<laugh>

Rodgers is down to 7/2 for the sack/leaving. Only the guy at Sunderland has shorter odds<laugh>

He's on one of his now 'standard' post RS defeat foriegn trips, to lands that have no internet access.

Who really cares, Rodgers is a fraud. He couldn't take a side to Old trafford that had two strikers in the starting 11 and beat a side that started with Fellaini as a striker<laugh>

Now that was ugly. Seeing the grock used as the central striker on his own was a shocker <laugh>

Glad I put £10 on him at 7/2 as his odds drop to 6/4

    The natives are definitely restless.

Maybe Bobby Brown Shoes could hammer in the final nail at Goodison?

Sure they will manage to engineer a win, they always seem to manage a win at Goodison
