Did say this will drag on until Alderweireld is seen in a Saints or Spurs shirt. We can have another meltdown tomorrow then...

I really think Toby is a special player and if he goes to Spuds, I'll be disappointed, but hey ho .. We March On!

For Toby's sake I only hope he is played first choice CB as they have a few of those there. If he ends up on the bench, someone will need to issue an arrest warrant on Pochettino
 
I've got no inside knowledge, but it's by some reports more than 12 hours and others more than 24 hours since the medical took place and no confirmation of any deal... seems there might a twist in the tale.. here's hoping

If he actually had a medical. There have been a few noises that he's actually in Paris with his wife at the moment, couple of people have said it who wouldn't just make it up.

As for the transfer. .. BORING!
sums up everything wrong with transfer window and close season...the media and twitter land come up with bucket loads of ****e...roll on sept 2nd!

I just had a vision of the Atletico president announcing Toby's transfer to Saints for £6.8m, whilst Nicola lurks in the background holding a horse's head and Toby sheepishly fiddles with an oversized watch.

"One last gift...."
 
Just don't understand how the quotes came out from Toby's Dad/agent, and now it's a done deal with Spurs. I'm still not sure if Toby is even in the country. My head hurts.
