I was down in Scarborough last year and went for brekkie in a pseudo American diner. Canny mind the name of it. The sommit roadhouse.

I ordered their four egg omelette, cheese and bacon styley. It was absolutely fantastic. Monteray jack cheese and lashings of crispy bacon.

Best omelette I have had the pleasure to consume.

That's the spirit mate. Omelettes and also omelette threads are great. FTP
 
Great wee boozer (Exterieur Quai) next to Gare de L'Este in Paris serves braw omelettes and toasties at reasonable prices. Open close to twenty four hours and pleasingly lacking in tourist clientele make this a must for discerning c..ts like me. Bistro also sports a pinball machine.
