Slightly off topic Muir, how did you get on with the burd last night, after her driving test failure? Were you, as I imagine you'd be, her rock during this difficult time?
Ofcourse I was her rock!! Na she was obviously gutted most of the night. Not sure if it was maybe her pride that was damaged as much as her confidence. As they say though, time is the greatest healer of them all. So, it's re-booked for the 10th of March. I'll give you 11/10 for the pass and 7/4 for the fail
I'll remember the date, as it's my son's 10th birthday that day. Just hoped she had brushed her teeth ,flossed and gargled before you gave her a consoling winch yesterday
CastleGer She got too close to one of those ****ing bollard things. Too close, never actually hit it. I clipped the kerb on my test and still passed
was her instructor in the back seat? my instructor sat in the back in my test so he could argue with the assessor if he needed to. it worked
That does seem a tad harsh Muir My missus passes her test on her 4th attempt, one of the times she failed was because she ran over a cat!
To be fair Dougie, the examiner had a point, as the cat was half way up a tenement close when she hit it!
