Hes basically saying he could have signed the contract and been rich. Im sure sterling will be crying himself to sleep with his paltry 30k a week

Any competent agent would say accept the massive new deal on the condition of a release clause, so like Suarez you still get your move plus the security and wages of a contract

So his agent's advice to reject the new contract has been costing him £10,000 a day since February

It's not like the release clause would have been any bigger than the ~£50m Liverpool are clearly holding out for

And if Sterling got injured on tour that's his life ****ed

Some legs in the Hernanes rumour at least. We're still the only club interested in one of their midfielders (Kovacic) and they still need to sell someone to recover some money after buying whatshisname
