That's close enough - based on odds of 13/8 against there's a 38.1% chance of him going to Chelsea.
It's just 8 divided by 21 expressed as a percentage - there are 8 chances of winning and 13 chances of losing in every twenty 21.

Austin is no where near the player Remy is yet and I can't see him playing at the plastics

I'm not so sure on either point. I don't think it suits Remy to play 40 games a season. His body just can't do it so playing a bit part suits him and he can live the millionaire life with minimal effort. Austin is a Trojan who will play through pain but not suited to playing a bit part IMO.
They could sign Messi and Ronaldo and not win it while Wenger is there.
You have enough for 80% of the journey home. The 20% shortfall walk will do you good!
