When he hasn't won it, Hannon has. Between them in last 7 runnings. No bet for me this race though but mind you in the race before this one, Hannon has won it for the last 3 years so depending on the price I will be backing ALKHOR with Frankie on board.

I actually quite fancy the yards other runner Silver Springs at the bigger price of 8/1 but will do the forecast aswell
 
:) just had me some 8's each way about Djakadam...Willy reckons the summer air will be the making of him. Don Poli being kept back I'm told for a crack at the Cesarewitch later in the year TC so keep yer powder dry there!

I think I fancy the bigger priced horse as well Badger, were the prices reversed I would go for the other one as I think there is little between them. Silver Springs race is not working out too bad in that the easy winner has just won a listed contest comfortably by 3 lengths in Ireland whilst another two have won and a couple of places. It looked a decent maiden for it's type, the best price for both horses now are 7-4 and 8-1 and I think the bigger price represents the better value.

Well I'm waiting in the hospital at the moment! It's goig to be a long day and night from the looks of it!! But the wait continues

Altho I won't be able to watch it really this week ! I have a had couple of Antepost my best one has to be a Solow and Ivawood double both trainers seem very boistourous about the chances When Freddy head says his horse is as good as ever and he's confident you have to take note also Ivawood Hughes and Hannons best bet also dropping back to a lower grade company has be to noted

Afternoon troops.Just been given the nod for three pat martin runners at Sligo this evening.Gun Shoot (10s), Versilia Gal (11s) & Takeachanceonme (7s) all have decent EW claims.The form of the first two isnt great but the stable is in decent form and had a 58/1 double last week.They think Gun Shoot has a decent chance of scoring as the horse is bottom weight.They could all run like drains but I've done an EW trixie for the craic.
