Had a small ew on Riponian at 12s in the next at Carlisle. I was given it as a tip when it won two starts ago but couldn't be arsed going to bookies to put it on. Then backed it last time and it did **** all having another go today

The Ellison team look to have come very close to landing a proper old fashioned gamble today with Blue Bullet winning by a nose or so in the 2.45, Cabelo coming a close second in the 3.45 and Ebazan being very well backed in the 5.30 at Southwell. All three were each way prices when the markets opened. A win, a place and one to run. Very interesting.
7:10 Nottingham - Robin Park 2/1. This one is becoming a favourite of mine, 3rd time I've put her up on here and going for the hat-trick of wins. She won over C&D 2 runs ago and will handle the ground, question marks over the others with the ground. Has went right up in the weights but think she's still has more to come.

Good call Stick and the Badger for the forecast - he certainly does target that race for some strange reason, and like the good trainer he is, if he does target it he will likely win it. I have often wondered if he could do a job with a better class of horse than he gets.
