yeah just seen this from the beeb:

"In May 2014, Sunderland were fined £100,000 and warned over their future conduct after admitting breaching the regulations.

Meanwhile, in February of this year, Championship club Brighton were fined £90,000 for the same offence"

So nothing really is it?
 
I think they are being charged on two accounts:

1. They signed a good up and coming youngster from Southampton and then started playing him straight away in the first team without injuring him.

2. They signed a player from Southampton who didn't become **** overnight

The second breach may actually be harsh on Arsenal as I think Liverpool have raised the standard of achievement in that category.

Does anyone know how many migrant workers were killed as part of the deal?

Oops, I'm getting confused. These scandals are becoming too commonplace.
