Probably cheaper rent than Princess Quay which is becoming ridiculously empty now.

Poor old Prinny Quay.

It is empty, and getting emptier.

Fair enough the bowling thing opened, but it's just full of bored teenagers not using anything when I go by.

If Primark ever moved then it would surely mean death.

Maybe princess quay are pushing the shops out and only want entertainment outlets and restaurants (obviously they're not but it's the only thing that would realistically save it).

It's next door to Hammonds. opposite the station.

Is that Hammonds furniture store? The family still live locally, I used to be mates with the current seniors son, not what you'd assume from a multi millionaire filthy rich kid. Haven't seen him for years now.

Not that this information has any relevance.

princess quay committed suicide by moving the quirky stores from the top floor and putting the cinema in. it's withered ever since. the closure of virgin/z??? finally made it completely irrelevant.

Hammonds is the House of Fraser department store.
