Not the slightest bit disingenuous. The link in the OP made it very clear that no public funding was being used for the Orangse Parade. Statements in your link make it clear that public funding was being requested for the Pats one. I make the point because you are not comparing like with like which is what I, not unrrasonably in my view, assumed you were.
