Applying logic? As I said, we won the last 2 European trophies in this country. Reached the semis last year too. How have we ruined English football. No logic as per.

All that really helped the national team of course. It also improved the image of the english game. Who doesnt want tl watch a cowardly side bore the life out of all?

As opposed to a side that couldn't handle the Europa league. ha.

Well using the definition of a successful youth acadamy product its quite extensive.

Wes Brown (may have been late 90s)
John O'shea
Darren Fletcher
Gerrard Pique
G Rossi
Welbeck
Shawcross
Ron Zeiler (world cup winner ;))
Pogba

Haven't included the likes of McNair and Januzaj as they have a lot to prove but the above are better than anything yourselves or most clubs have produced. Only saints have really produced better in the same time frame. All internationals, some Have won major honours, some club captains etc.

Not greats in the Messi, best and Ronaldo sense but good players.

And why didn;t you get the best two players into your side??? Probably same reasons as Chelsea

Chelsea have produced plenty of good academy players ijn the same period, but, like United, no one who has become a star for the club

All but a few have featured heavily for the club. I missed a few off who have had decent premier league careers including a large number of appearances for United. Some on that list have played in Champions League finals and won titles whilst being part of the team.

I agree That our academy isnt producing superstars right now but yours really doesnt compare. Uniteds is a different league to everyone elses. Some have good spells but we just keep on producing top division and international level players. Decade after decade.

Who are your favourite academy graduates this decade?

Probably people like Ryan Shawcross, Kieran Richardson, Darron Gibson, Phil Bardsley, Robby Brady have gone on to show they can play prenier league. There are maney others who haven`t quite made it like Zekie Fryers, Tom Heaton, James Chester, Ravell Morrison, Paul McShane, Joe Dudgeon and Fraizer Campbell and Alex Bruce who have played in the prem but not quite made it as regulars.

In conclusion, United win the 'youth players featured cup' on the same day that Di Maria wins the leagues 'Goal Cup' after his notch at Leicester........ a fantastic season after all.

LVG, double winning tactical genius. :emoticon-0102-bigsm:emoticon-0102-bigsm
