It`s all racism and none of them are guilty of any wrongdoing apparently.

Qatar are now saying it`s racism and discrimination because they`re arabs, Don`t see how that applies to Russia but, there we go.
The south African bloke the other day was claiming it was to do with colonialosm. I don't remember the USA having a colony on the cape.

Jack Warner's now squealing like a pig and claiming FIFA interfered with his country's general election.

He also claims to be in fear of his life.

They're all turning on each other now!

<ok><ok><ok>

Wouldn't surprise me nothing would with this bunch of crooks - saw a program the other day that Brazil have a law that bans alcohol at football stadiums. It was brought in because there were to many deaths on the terraces mostly blamed on alcohol. FIFA apparently told them they would not get the world cup unless the law was lifted for the duration of the cup. They can even change a countries laws it seems!

We could host the WC tomorrow as could Germany, Spain, Italy, France in Europe. I'd imagine Australia, USA, China, Canada, Japan could esaliy too. Loads of other countries probably could too.

Australia in 2018 or 2022 would be nice. They're brilliantly equipped for it and the weather would be perfect down south.

I wouldn't let you dirty old ****ers anywhere near Mrs Disco!!!
Aye, just like Madge Bishop.
Always had a thing for her, was devastated when Harold came back from the dead.
Just think though, you've got all the re-runs of Prisoner Cell Block H to look forward to. <laugh>

I see the Irish FA are now claiming that they were paid by FIFA not to take action after Thierry Henry's handball against them.
The plot thickens.

Just a quick update.

Switzerland's attorney-general has said banks have identified 53 possible money-laundering cases in his investigation into suspected corruption of the 2018 and 2022 World Cup bidding process.

Michael Lauber said the "suspicious bank relations" and 104 further banking relations of interest had been identified as part of a "huge and complex" investigation into suspected criminal mismanagement and money laundering in the awarding of the tournaments to Russia and Qatar.

Mr Lauber said FIFA President Sepp Blatter and secretary-general Jerome Valcke could be interviewed as part of the investigation, which is being managed by a specialist task force of white collar crime specialists.

Addressing the media for the first time since the Swiss investigation into FIFA was announced three weeks ago, Mr Lauber warned that the investigation could be lengthy.

The football world will have to be patient," he said.

"It will take longer than the legendary 90 minutes.

"It could take months, it could take years in some parts, but I will do all I can to speed it up."

Mr Lauber said that his team had already seized nine terabytes of data which they were currently sifting through.

Swiss police raided FIFA's headquarters three weeks ago, and were handed a further cache of data last week.

The attorney general said his investigation was in part based on a report into World Cup bidding compiled by FIFA's former ethics committee investigator Michael Garcia.

He stressed however that he had greater powers.

"I have coercive measures and I am independent," Mr Leiber said.

Mr Garcia, an American lawyer, conducted an investigation into the 2018 and 2022 bidding process.

He resigned his post after FIFA published a summary of his report, which he claimed misrepresented his work.

In the summary the chairman of FIFA's ethics committee, German judge Joachim Eckert, said any rule-breaking acts were of limited scope and did not influence the result.

On that basis he cleared Russia and Qatar to remain as hosts of the 2018 and 2022 tournaments respectively.

That`s a seriously large amount of naughtiness.
