It's futile figuring out who will stay and who wants to. They'll say this now but you can guarantee if an acceptable bid comes from a PL club for any of them then they're off.

That's also an unintended consequence (or maybe intended) of having a wage reduction built into players' contracts.

It's makes it easier for other clubs to poach them - irrespective of whether City want them to stay or not.

That's good to hear. He's one of the players I would do everything to keep.

In summary so far - nearly 24 hours later:

Robertson, Snodgrass, Elmo and Steve Bruce all said "we'll come back stronger!"

Chester and Dawson said they're up for the fight of getting back up.

Jelavic, N'Doye and Hernandez all want to leave.

McShane is out of contract and wasn't offered one.

Jelavic ndoye and hernandez are all expected

Its madness to not get mcshane especially in the championship
 
Elmo wont go for starters. He is loyal to Bruce and the owners.

The whole thing is raw for them so they need time to chill.

Once the dust settles they are better off staying here and getting us back up. They dont want another relegation elsewhere.

Correct. Plus we have Harry Maguire in the mix for next season. Norwich are a case in point of what can happen when the squad as a main stick together.

We dont have to sell and the clubs who may want our players wont want to pay the market value for them. We dont need a fire sale either.
