Seems a bit pointless to go to all the trouble of making an Omelette just to stick it between 2 slices of bread, an egg sandwich (Banjo) would surely have sufficed?
I sort of agree, I was more making the point that nobody can help but speak about omelettes these days, to which the good folk of GC have contributed

I think i may have said this toward the start of this thread but chilli omelette is amazing. Had it for breakfast every morning in a beach shack in Goa, along with a pint of Kingfisher. Then something sugary, like one of their pastries, followed by strong black coffee. Breakfast of ****in champions.
