I suggested this many weeks ago on this thread!! Manchester United always need the latest English pin-up boy in their ranks. Think they might have to add at least another 20m to tempt Tottenham to part with him. Also see they are linked with Gareth Bale, who on Wednesday looked like a fish out of water.

You could have said that about a good number of our players who left last summer and who have failed miserably for their new clubs too

You could, and I may be wrong, I would just be very suprised if anyone paid over £30m for him this Summer, I expect him to be at Spurs next year. If he hits another 20+ league goals next year though, then it really will be stupid money.

£40m for Kane is Andy Carroll levels of lol.
Even though that's a great offer, Spurs can't accept it because of the importance of Kane to the fans and the clubs image. Though it would be funny to see a Spurs fan meltdown.

Lol, I like the bit where it says Van Gaal's interest in Clyne has cooled.......or he's realised that Clyne might not just up and go to Manchester and stay in Sunny Southampton instead

A reason he doesent perform so highly as he is Guarenteed to play every game. Same reason Pelle needs competition.

Looking at a few. Mugabi is fine at rb but needs more time. Problem with Byram is he would cost a fair bit of cash.
