Just out of interest what's the biggest price winner/accumalator on zee forum

We used to have a thread on here ste where you could claim your place in the Hall Of Fame, cant remember the criteria but I think it was something like you had to put up a 33-1 winner. There were plenty of Hall Of Famers!

Very keen on Lucky Kristale 12/1 e/w proposition in the Group 2 sprint at York. Nice reappearance and there should be plenty of pace to aim at.

Musidora is a tricky affair. Most of AOBs have needed a run so I get why Star Of Seville is favourite. This Pandora is an interesting runner in that she is once-raced and went from near last to first in a maiden when sent off 25/1 so she could be the one with a turn of speed to blunt Star Of Sevilles bold bid from the front, but the maiden form is nothing special. Watching brief I think.

Morning guys and gals!!

Placed a small Lucky 31 for today's racing at York and retirement beckons if this lot come in...

2:10 - MASTER OF FINANCE 16/1
2:40 - BLAINE 20/1
3:15 - MUSICAL COMEDY 20/1
4:20 - LITTLE LADY KATIE 25/1
5:20 - LIBRAN 10/1

Good luck all!!

Why is Hughes not riding Musical Comedy? In fact why is Hughes not going north at all this week: he seems to be riding only an hour at most from home? Nothing sinister I'm sure: maybe some issue in the offing?

Musical Comedy isn't a bad animal and they took the surprising move (on account of the soft going there) of sending him for a listed race at Naas a few weeks back where he ran over 5f for the first time in his life. This doesn't look a difficult event today and if it is soft enough he could run a big race.

Fancy Satellite in the first.

Oh to be a bookie chappie on that card at York, today. Cor blimey. Nothing for me I’m afraid. That famous quote springs to mind, ‘If in doubt, back nowt.’

I can report though that I’m absolutely delighted by the jockey booking for the ‘Group horse in a handicap’, from the county, that I mentioned yesterday who is running at Newbury on Saturday. Only 3 words left to say now, ‘Open the vault’.

Good luck all.

When I was looking at the York entries on Sunday, the ground was reported as “Soft (Good to Soft in places)”. Clearly a couple of breezy days have dried this out as it is now reportedly “Good”.

In the Musidora, punters appear to have a choice of whether they think Aidan O’Brien’s Group 1 winner Together Forever will put her best foot forward or is Star Of Seville really as good as every dog in Newmarket is barking. I expect the latter to try and make all but this is just one to watch.

I did not fancy ASTAIRE in the Abernant at Newmarket (because I think he is best with cut in the ground) but he showed his rivals the way home and there is no reason to believe that he cannot step up to claim the Duke Of York Stakes; however, this will require him to reverse Doncaster form with Naadirr. The only form available for unbeaten Lightning Moon is on soft ground and Mattmu won a Group 2 on heavy ground in France so both are bypassed. Muthmir steps up from handicap company and has a few pounds to find.

All the handicaps, especially on the round course where you have no idea whether they will come stands’ side, look wide open and easily avoided.
