2.10 Doncaster-

MAGIC CIRCLE 7/1 will go off at 7/2 IMO. Off a handicap debut mark of 60, this horse will improve hugely as a 3YO and the soft conditions and the increase in trip will see this son of Makfi out of a Sadlers Wells mare in much better light.

Sorry, forget it, been a tough day for me! Nice call TopClass, well done! <ok>

Cheers chaps!

Having a good look at the Derby at the moment. Any indications on what AOB will run at Epsom when JFK gets beaten again at York on Thursday?!

Isaac Newton disappointed in a maiden, Giovanni Cannaletto hasn't run this season, Hans Holbein won a shocking Chester Vase. He's got to punt on a couple of them!

Towcester 7.30 WICKLEWOOD @ 7/1
Confirmed how well he goes on this course when winning over fences here last time and is 2lb lower back over hurdles - great chance!

Doubt he has an Australia this year, pretty sure he'd have let us know if he had! The good news for him is he won't need one. A Wolverhampton handicapper tops the market, with the race less than 3 weeks away, surely a first! The second favourite looks like his ideal race would be at Chepstow on Boxing Day. Christophergoslow was beaten by one of his Leger horses on Saturday. Welds horse seems decent but is he even going? Wouldn't be so quick to rule out JFK myself, his 2 year old form is standing up ok, and if you put a line through his last run you'd have him right in the mix. Ol Man River was clearly saved from a race in the 2000, not sure if he's certain to get the trip.

So to answer your question I haven't really a clue but I'd say he's far from shaking in his boots at what's going to line up! Looks a pretty poor 3 year old crop throughout, bar possibly Gleneagles.

Gone....now 7/1.

Also at Towcester I like the look of PRINCE PIPPIIN 12/1 at 7:30
Won this race two years ago and now races off a mark 4lbs lower. C&D form is very important at this fairly unique track. Has his ground and his form is better than it reads at first glance. Will surely be in the firing line.

Nice place and small drift with Prince Pippin. I also see that Mr Longsdon is starting to fire in the winners over the last couple of days.

Devestating injury suffered by Seventh Sign at the last in Killarney. He was turning into a lovely horse too, never get ' s easier seeing that happen. Rip.

Yeah that was a nasty fall sth, looked a decent chaser indeed.very tough for connections/small yards when they have a gudern on their hands and then one fatal jump and it's gone.you can also feel it's more personal for the smaller yards

Nice to see Timmy Murphy having his first winner on the flat - best of luck to him <ok>

I always thought Murphy looked big as a jump jockey even, he must be suckling ice cubes in the sauna all day everyday to make weights! But obviously my eyes were deceiving me. I take it for granted he will be in the Frank Spencer and George Baker mould as a hold up merchant. I too wish him well.

Is timmy murphy supposed to be abit of a 'loner' in the jockey room.would fall out with his own shadow?!

Didn't SMS lose some staff a few years back just after he had the season where Workforce won a Derby and Harbinger won a King George?

Since then I can't think of many real top level horses have come through.

Not saying that the two things are linked but his yard just havent fired quite so well it seems. Maybe he just hasn't quite got so many good horses at his disposal nowadays.

On another note, Workforce- is he standing in the UK as sire?
