Im going to have some kale, carrot, dark sweet cherries, pineapple and a mixture of pumpkin, sunflower and linseeds with a tea spoon of honey all blended up
 
Anyway im off, to the shops, young un to the dentist then a delightful afternoon of good solid graft

I thought Aisle 7 was for Wednesdays? Is one aisle enough for Greez? Does that go in the roast as well?
