Final word to the fans who travelled up there today to watch that rubbish and spent their hard earned. Each and every one of them should have the price of their tickets refunded to them.

oh not that old chestnut again!....in football you pay your money you take your chances. There was a good chance this would have happened v city, good performance or not.

Because the club is a basket case yet he still wants the job..............which, in my eyes means he wants it for all the right reasons.

You would have to question the motives of ANY other manager being remotely interested in the job.

I am also very interested to see what he can really do given time to build his own team.

Sir Alex was one game away from being sacked by Man U and look how that turned out <laugh>

mmmm strange reasons.

1. Because he wants the job for all the right reasons? He is only in the job as his buddy is the Director of Football. The club wouldn't be such a basket case if he had of kept us up.

2. Build his own team. If we have no money, how is he going to do that successfully? Our kids are clearly not good enough to compete in the Championship.

3. Are you seriously comparing Chris Ramsey to Alex Ferguson? To the best of my knowledge, Alex Ferguson never got a team relegated.

Absolute disgrace to the Premiership today.
That's what happens when you buy a place in the top tier: the club has no soul.

Look at Burnley, playing their hearts out and fans singing their hearts out on a quarter of the budget

So now we know who buys the half and half scarves. What a head case. She created an account to post that.

<laugh> no, of course I'm not comparing CR with Sir Alex.................I'm simply making the observation that you never know what someone is capabale of achieving if you dont give them long enough.

But you agree that the club is a basket case - in which case you then have to question the motives of any "football name" that would want to touch it with or without a bargepole.

If there is no money to build a team successfully it wouldn't really matter who came in then would it? i dont really understand this point tbh. Whether it was CR or Jose bleedin Mourhino it would be a bit irrelevant if they have no one to work with as you claim!?

I think the very fact that we may not have any money for players and have to rely on the kids would neccessitate somebody very much like CR to be the best person to take them forward. He has a very good history with youth team players as far as i know.

Maybe you should, at least according to Rambo himself: "I can't see any reason why I shouldn't be given the job. Mind you, there's been Managers in the past who've won loads of things & have still been fired"

Meanwhile back on planet Earth, I wonder what Les Ferdinand is making of the amount of points we've accrued since he took the helm. He gave the team a target, apparently 40, when he held his first team talk. We won't break 30 which will be even worse than Butch Wilkins' tame effort in 95/96.

I'm starting to think a Gypsy put a curse on QPR, linking us with the Ferdinand Clan for eternity :frown:
