That is extremely gracious of you. If we had showed anything like the desire your team have then we might deserve a chance in the PL. I hope your team survive. I have no confidence right now that we will be troubling the PL for a few years. We need a serious cull and an all but total rebuild.
A bit of luck??????? You have to be joking. Lol. You don't win 6 games in 7 with luck that's for sure. More like passion, quality, guts, endeavor Players showing determination, etc etc something which your teams lack of has been apparent all season. No smugness from us and by the way the majority have us have been behind Pearson all season. Anyway we are not safe ourselves still work to do and could yet be joining you in the championship Good luck
The two players who covered the most ground on the pitch today are... Joey Barton (11.59km) and Karl Henry (11.41km). Those former rivals shook hands at the end of the match, and Henry's face showed his embarrassment at the team's performance, as did Clint's. http://www.bbc.com/sport/live/football/32458456 please log in to view this image
Final word to the fans who travelled up there today to watch that rubbish and spent their hard earned. Each and every one of them should have the price of their tickets refunded to them.
Well the fat lady has warbled her final note and as expected the trap door has swung open and through it we go. The most disappointing thing is not the relegation itself, not too bothered about that personally, it's the state our club is in. The summer will be interesting!
Manager reaction Chris Ramsey is asked if he wants to take the Queens Park Rangers job permanently: "Yes. I really do. It's a club I've taken to my heart." Here's QPR manager Chris Ramsey. He says he feels sorry for the club's travelling fans but doesn't believe the time is right for post mortems. Ramsey goes on to say the club is in a re-building phase. He adds that this is the time for QPR to "take our medicine". Finally, Ramsey confirms he wants to stay as manager of the club More from QPR manager Chris Ramsey: "A lot of players today were playing with injuries that in most situations they wouldn't have played with. "At the moment I'm very disappointed and gutted, more about the performance because that isn't really us. From my personal point of view I'd like to thank the owners and the fans for backing us like they have." Queens Park Rangers manager Chris Ramsey speaking to Sky Sports: "We came here with a lot of hope, shot ourselves in the foot and gave away three set-pieces which they scored from. On the day we didn't really turn up and they are a very good team. The boys will be very disappointed in the way they performed. We are really feel sorry for the travelling fans. "As you can imagine the dressing room is very, very quiet. I don't think it's a time for post mortems, our fate is what it is. The club is in a rebuilding phase now and would have been anyway regardless of today. There are lots of people at the club who will be extremely disappointed in the way we conducted ourselves today." http://www.bbc.com/sport/live/football/32458456
yes, we will yes, we will continue to entertain just not the passing it to each other and putting it in the net now and again variety
I do not want CR to stay. I want him to go. For years on here people have been saying about managers being "man managers" and getting the best out the team. This was certainly shouted loud and clear about Harry. CR has come in and very, very little has changed. He keeps telling us that the dressing room is fine and that the lads have been applying themselves well. Bollocks. i have yet to see Les Ferdinand do anything positive. I remember him working to destabilise things when he was trying to get his mate Sherwood in. He can disappear as well for all I care.
I saw his interview on SSN. He speaks very well. Just a shame he can't manage very well. SSN also said they believe he will be appointed Manager in spite of the relegation. Have we ever had a Manager who so many fans do not want before he is even appointed?
He will get the job Finglas because he is the cheap option not because he is necessarily the best candidate. I also think we are going to have to get used to the word "cheap" this summer!
