Not true. Nicola (as I like to call her) has the best UK wide loveydovey score of any politician ever.

+33. A score that has never been anywhere close to being equalled. Not even by Boris from all those London spastics.

Of course. Opinion polls are very reliable...

Besides, Scotland couldn't conquer the North anyway; they didn't even have the bollocks to declare independence when it was gifted to them on a plate. Most countries have to violently revolt to be independent but the Scots bottled it. Lol.

See that's typical Nigel shortsightedness. Aye we could have voted Yes but then we widny have had the delight of throwing that big lanky streak of pish Jim Murphy on the dole.

The SNP have **** all to do with you, ya daft Nigel.

However, watch how the SNP will creep into North Nigelshire <laugh>

Labour let them down. Who else will they go for? UKIP? Lib Dems? Greens? The socialist policies of the North will continue South. We didny get Independence so we'll take ye's over by rote. <laugh>

Socialist North? Most people in the North voted Tory with the exception of South Yorkshire and the big cities. Ukip came second place in a lot of constituencies in the North as well.

True. I'm pleased for the SNP as I want Scotland to gain independence.

Most, except an entire Yorkshire county and all major cities? Even then UKIP was a second favourite?

So, by your own post, the North is low hanging fruit for Scottish style Socialism.

Expect me to turn up in your town with a pike ripe for your head. <laugh>

Thinks that is a good thing <doh>^^^^

Not necessarily. I voted for Yorkshire First, a regional centrist party. I was just pointing out that the North isn't socialist, at least not anymore. It's always been quite socially conservative but economically left-wing, a bit like Scotland to an extent. However, there's no real hunger for socialism anymore in the North. I think a lot of people are content with Tory policies like reducing the deficit and encouraging businesses to flourish.

Labour victories.
Labour never had a sniff in Scotland. If Labour had won overall, it would've been: "they'll have to get into bed with SNP, which means another referendum."

If UKIP won, it'd be: "they like independence so we'll get another referendum."

If Lib Dems: "The name Clegg sounds a bit Scottish so another referendum."

Just accept it; you're British for the foreseeable future. Let it go <cheers>
