I know. Given any thoughts about what you'd like for Everton yet, or are you not really into that sort of thing?

I get great joy getting out of the house and going to the game.

I think rodgers is 2/1 to be sacked before start of season and 1/3 on for staying til then.

if RHC is right then 1/3 is printing money if you are looking for good return on your life savings. 33% return after all

better than the stock market lads!

Shouldn't the man that's won a trophy therefore be doing better? <whistle>
He is, he has more trophies on his CV<ok>

However if Rodgers is so good, why is he below Wenger, LVG, Jose and level on points with Spurs?

The man that won the trophy did it at much smaller club with far less resources, either he was lucky or his present club aren't a match for his previous club.

Pyjamas will know the answer no doubt.<whistle>

Not questioning RHC or his mate, but I just cannot buy that Rodgers is safe.

FSG are ruthless, have given Rodgers 3 years and £200m to spend, and we're back to where we started really...

Phil McNulty's view...:bandit:

'Brendan Rodgers' season at Liverpool is a failure'
Liverpool's defeat at Hull City erased any lingering hope that the cracks that have emerged at Anfield this season would be papered over by the consolation of Champions League qualification.

Well, losing is never nice and not many fans ever want to see or hope their team lose, myself included. However, papering over the cracks is equally something we don't want to see so maybe something good can come of the recently **** times we're all experiencing (again).

Also, yes there have been some awful performances this year and this season won't be one to remember but there are some positive signs in there too. Coutinho seems to have come of age with the extra responsibility, Migs proved he has mental strength, a few of the young signings have shown glipses of what they can do and with the right guidance they could become good players and Brod as shown yet again an ability to switch things around to find a winning formula, he just needs to realise sooner when it breaks down again.

I never thought someone could have been worse than Aspas.

Balotelli, take a bow son take a bow.

My heart sunk the day we were linked to Mario. I was truly gutted the day we signed him. He's not done anything to change that mindset since either. Joke of a player that should never have been signed. However, wasting money is our modern day motto <grr>

Im was fooled by his goal tally the season before, 28 goals.

In a poor Italian league and boosted by penalties and freekicks too. His time at Man City was all we needed to know.

Big game player, won them the league with his coolness, no hesitation to put the ball in the net every single time on penalties, could score with any part of his body, loved a bit of banter?
