The letters seem to confirm that the Council and the landlord/tenant issue can in deed play a key roll in the audit.

Good on them for not just sitting on their hands.

Well if my sums are right the arena is 58.5 yards x 35.75 yards. It needs to be 60x40 minimum.
So not only are the Allams a few bricks short of a load, they are a few yards short of a pitch.

Forgive this unworthy irrelevant hooligan - but doesn't that last line suggest that a few porkies have been told?

So they've had since 2012 to sort out a 3g pitch?

Can some one now, please, come on and defend their position of evicting local sports groups, including children and the disabled.

I would really like to see someone defend that.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of support left for him
It's simple don't renew your pass next season.

This sorry episode further confirms what I have suspected for a while. Ehab Allam is properly thick. Moneyed, but thick.

He pulled up along side me at the Humber Bridge roundabout the other day.
I flicked him the V and gave him the ****er signal.
He just looked down his nose and smirked at me.
I could tell he was rattled.
    I won.

It's good that so many see what's so wrong with evictions like these. They should always be strongly opposed. Unfortunately, some seem only able to see things from their own perspective.

I'd rather we failed the audit, than achieve it like this. I don't care if the clubs that used it could go somewhere else. If it had to happen at all, that should have been sorted by talking to those affected and assisting them.

There are ways of doing things, and this isn't it.

We need a 3g pitch. We've got one. Couldnt give a **** about **** non sports like roller derby and bouncing.

Its in Hull which is even better. I hope they build a 3g pitch on the other courts.

    Done.

Missed this today with no access to t'interweb

    Unbelievable letters from Ehab

I for one hope the Premier League **** off their application, and that the Council kick the club out of Airco

I know we need category two status long term, but it's obviously not been that important to the As before, and we've survived without it for long enough

The club are a shabby embarrassment

How much does it cost to build a 3/4g pitch and what is the wage bill? There is no justification whatsoever for evicting disabled sports clubs.

“Apparently we only missed on level two by two per cent. You have to achieve 5,000 points to achieve level two status and we missed out by 125 points. We asked for them to reconsider with us only being two per cent off but they came back and said no, even though since the review we’ve appointed another 12 people. We’ve now asked for another audit this year and they’ve said that may not come for another 18 months. That wouldn’t mean we stay at level three for this season but next season as well. That’s so disappointing when you’ve got the FA putting all this investment into a review of grassroots football and how you improve. Here you’ve got a club who’s investing money and you don’t allow us the dignity to play against the teams on our level, no wonder English football is struggling. We’re not promising to do things, we’ve actually done them.”
