Why should number 10's work? This is the problem with Mourinho. Set's his teams up to play boring football. Leave the attackers to attack ffs. Willian's more a RB than he is a winger.
Willian used to be a very exciting player actually but Mourinho's beaten that out of him and now all that's left is a right back, as you say.
