People expect more from the 'team' because of the position we are In - Brucie starts with the same set up that cost us the first two goals against Chelsea, then he changed it after 10 minutes and we start playing better- he then he does it again against Swansea and that costs us the first two goals, then he changes it at half time- he just seems tactically inept - and the players - only Macca seems to really care, seems to put a shift in - you can argue for one or two others but lack of chasing the ball down, running after a player if they're beaten, poor passes, failure to try and win it back and lack of fight shows a lack of effort and lack of commitment to the cause - it is Brucies job to motivate the players - it's also Brucies job to maintain discipline on the pitch - how many reds have we been shown this season - some were inevitable, such as Chester against Stoke but some were just stupidity, such as Huddlestone against Leicester and Ramirez against Tottenham - I don't think there is a backlash - it's just a culmination of everyones frustrations - things that people could see were going wrong throughout the season but haven't been addressed and continue week in week out - I know it's easy to blame the players, I know because I'm Juniors worst critic, but others blame Macgregor, Meylor or Davies for poor performances - but at the end of the day, Brucie picks the team and Brucie is responsible for tactics, team selection, motivation, performance, and getting points on the board - he's been unlucky with injuries but we're a squad - he's spent well over £30 million and much of that has been poorly spent with £10 mill on Hernandez, £8 mill on Livermore and whatever we spent on Ince, Ben Arfa, and arguably McGuire - the £7 mill on Snodgrass was a disaster - we have a large In Bruce we trust banner - you've got to ask yourselves why in the circumstances because he's not delivering at the moment - lets just hope he gets it together for the remainder of the season - we've had one great escape season where the team rolled their shirt sleeves up and saw us over the line - lets hope the team of 2015 can do the same
