...it seems the only people who would worry about these things are those who are behind in football terms. Cardiff may have a bigger stadium, bigger catchment area, bigger debt etc, but it counts for nothing because of their position in the football league.
Surely there's not a fan amongst them who hand on heart would not swap positions with the Swans sitting 8th in the PL right now ?
It wouldn't matter if they had a 60,000 seater stadium selling out every week, the fact is that they are not in the Premier League. They are not party to a global audience. The media in Wales gives them plenty of column inches and airtime, but outside of Wales nobody hears anything about them. Whilst we are playing Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal etc they are playing Rotherham, Brentford, Watford etc.
Celtic are a 'bigger club' than us, but I'd still never want to be them. They are not in the PL. Simple as that.
Their uncle may be harder than ours because he knows kick boxing, but our uncle has evolved past such neanderthal pissing contests and actually get's the things done that really matter. Walk quietly and carry a big stick.
