I saw them in 1985 at Milton Keynes Bowl, supporting U2 and REM !!!!

Fantastic! Nice one Monkey, you have a terrific memory. I was there too.

I went to see Billy just before Christmas at the Union Chapel in Islington where he played with a gospel choir. Great stuff!

Here's his latest song, I'm not sure about the video but it's a nice enough song........

Actually, now I've given this some thought. This vid would work if the soundtrack was played by replacing the existing video with QPR fans in the stands and the camera panning around Loftus Road. ''

''Billy, I think we've got a hit on our hands me old mate!''

Do any of you get a song stuck in your head all day? Not always a bad thing depending what song it is. Today so far I have mostly been playing this little gem from the modfather...

Anyway despite the pain of following QPR I refuse to let it drag me down too much, life is just too short and music helps heal the pain a bit...

And now a song that sums up the mood on the QPR forum right now...

Mrs Monkey went to see Morrissey on Sat night.....said he was awful, as did a few of my other friends who went. Saw him years ago and he was brilliant, but she said the whole gig was dead flat - not what you expect on a Saturday night in Glasgow!
