Definitely disagree with this! I feel much more frustrated about yesterday's result than any this season! I actually remarked to someone I might give up on this sport for good after yesterday. Life is stressful enough without my so-called pastime adding to it!
h Each to their own ... I felt far more irritated and frustrated after Hull, Burnley, QPR, Sunderland, Villa (away), Stoke (home) West Brom, West Ham, Newcastle, Southampton ... these were games where we could have (perhaps should have) got more from and it was more tactics and individual errors that beat us than the 'rub of the green' ... yesterday we went for it ... dominated the game at times and were unlucky ... that's beyond our control ... attitude and tactics aren't ... ... anybody else care to share their thoughts
We went toe to toe with Tottenham on their own patch and should have won. Remember they beat Chelsea there 5-2 not long ago You cant be too harsh on anyone from saturday. We was safe against Hull and took the game to Tottenham. Probably got the approaches the wrong way around We are more then likey going down but between now and the end of the season i want more of Saturday then what we seen against Hull Had we played like that against Hull we would have won
... very much my thoughts ... I want us to be brave and bold and to go down swinging if we have to go down ... Saturday should give us some confidence ... we need to go out in the next game with the same attitude because draws will now see us relegated just as much as losses ...
I honestly can not believe that we played a back 5 against Hull So frustrating, when we can go and put 3 away at Tottenham. All great goals too. It just makes you wonder, why didn't we go at teams like this against the so-called lesser opposition? Why did we play so negative? Scared of losing? I know it's obvious, but a 1-0 loss followed by a 1-0 win gets you more points than two 0-0 draws...
