It's all Gus needed to do mate. Nowt wrong with the system, it was the execution. Taking in Dick's work a bit deeper He does the 433 in two ways, 433d with two DMs and 433a with one DM.
Not knowledgeable about DA at all. Would be happy to give him a go but hope he's a strong leader. All we need is a couple of wins. Then go elsewhere long-term. Moyes would be my choice. Dislike Allardyce, think he's an obnoxious twat. Never honest, often snearing and unpleasant. Loves his own hype too. Would probably get decent results but has often been criticised for his direct style. Time-wasting, set-piece dominated and ugly. McClaren I have serious doubts over too.
