A quick glance at their board doesn't show any activity from that tosser. Although, it doesn't show any activity - full stop. Last post was 11.24 last night. Before that Feb 4th!...
Bit like their team.

It's ok PNP effed up the word "not". Now correctedLambert?! Can't tell if you're being sarcastic. He'd have gone a lot earlier had Lerner not had them up for sale. O'Neill did the real damage to that club.
Yep. He should've been sacked ages ago. It's ok PNP effed up the word "not". Now corrected
I think it's actually a fairly good job to go for. Decent sized club and the fans are absolutely at their lowest. Now Lambert's been sacked, Villa now face a huge problem as to who an earth is going to want to take that job?
It's a team playing the worst football in the league, the atmosphere is appalling, there's no window to buy any players that the new manager thinks could help them survive the drop plus the fact the owner doesn't seem interested in backing the manager with genuine funds anyway and finally they're strong candidates for relegation.
The calibre of manager they'd be looking at is Neil Warnock... Whom would just help accelerate their plight into the Championship.
There will be loads of people interested in taking the Villa job. Within the game they are seen as a big club. If they could get an owner who is actually interested in the club and give funds to a new manager, then along with their decent fan base and a decent youth set up, then the job could be a great opportunity for someone.
The same could be said about Birmingham City, albeit for very different reasons.Problem is that villa look dead and buried...if they go down they could just keep falling
Mourinho up to tricks again. Ivanovic should've been sent off and he dismisses it as a "joke" in the postmatch interview and after the first question in the post match press conference about it he threatens to leave if there's another. It's embarrassing how **** scared of him they all are. They let him act like a baby, one minute he doesn't turn up the next he's talking about Van Persie's elbow and the next he's saying Ivanaovic's headbutt is off limits. Embarrassing for all involved but the press in particular that let him get away with this nonsense.
Lambert?! Can't tell if you're being sarcastic. He'd have gone a lot earlier had Lerner not had them up for sale. O'Neill did the real damage to that club.

Why is the owner not caring? This is Aston Villa. One of the founders of the league with a tremendous history.
The manager has well worn out his welcome.
But,then, maybe a trip down to the lower levels might get them going again.
I seem to remember Spurs having a hard time of it in the League Cup Final against a 3rd Division team some while ago. What was their name now? Oh yes! Aston Villa........and,later European glory.......

They need to let him get away/show this nonsense for people to see. It worked in Spain, he cracked up![]()
