He's such a twat that he even manages to stand out amongst the Arsenal fans as especially twatish.
Why would you tempt fate so badly by saying that in public before a derby game? Sugar's going to slaughter him.

No he's right, he would go straight into the team and would certainly not be on the bench.

But Piers Morgan does not deserve a thread of his own except to ridicule him which is so easy as he behaves like a straight man feeding us lines with constant reliability.

With supporters like him silence is the best policy. <laugh>

Thanks for the 4 points Woolwich <ok>

Just the gift that keeps on giving. A man who, despite his wealth and success, felt the need to have this photo taken.

I love the way Private Eye call him Piers "Morgan" Moron and the way they were really quite personal and nasty about the fact that Celia Walden, pictured above just hanging out with Piers and also a total idiot, repeatedly refused his proposals of marriage. Think she gave in in the end, a few years after this photo was taken. About the time he got much, much more rich and famous.

Still an outside chance he could go to jail, so could turn out to have been a great move from Celia.

Hang on - they do allow mobiles in prison, don't they? I would sort of wouldn't want Piers Morgan to go to jail if it meant he couldn't Tweet.

I think Arsenal went from a football club to a lunatic asylum when Billy Wright paraded the Beverley Sisters at Highbury....and they've never looked back!

Without even knowing it, you just somehow sense that a total twat, like Morgan ( or should we just drop the "m"? Because that's what he is!) could only be a Gooner.

To be fair, I'm sure most regular Gooners are embarrassed to have him as one of theirs. Arsenal do actually play with style and grace on occasion. Qualities that 'Organ will never possess.

I suppose that's why its aptly named, Twatter. As it attracts twats and enables them to keep showing the rest of us who they really are.

1. Tottenham were very, very lucky

We might not have played well but Tottenham were very lucky. The first goal was a big mistake by Ospina and the turning point in the game. Before that Tottenham weren’t in it and Arsenal were comfortable.

The second was like the Danny Rose goal a few seasons ago – a goal which 9 times out of 10 would have gone wide.

Added to that, two big chances that we had could have changed the game – Koscielny had a powerful header go straight down Lloris’s throat, and the same happened again with a Tomas Rosicky’s fizzing shot from outside the area – either side of the goalkeeper and it’s a goal.
