Last week ended with Gardner,Wickham,Larssen and Dong.

This could end with Brown, O'Shea and Vaughn.

Osca is in hiding and I cant wait for next weekend.

Just think, a few weeks ago we all thought the world was ending.

Have to ask Syd, why is Oscar in hiding? Haven't been abusing him too much have you?

i was certainly worried a few weeks back. no-one signed, and the scum bringing in frog after frog had me thinking the worst. But we seem to be up and running now and very nicely indeed.

WE still have about seven weeks of the transfer window, we could get shedfuls yet, have a whip round for more, but please not Defoe.

Has the world not ended i thought i was in heaven lol

Was not to bothered about brown but hey i am happy with the majority of the signings and looks as though we have swung a del for Vaughan.
This could mean the end of Gibson coming and serves the lad right for dragging his feet.
Are you like me and still think there will be on or two more big signings coming.
we are supposed to be cutting the wage bill and there's ****ing hundreds coming.

P.S Seen or hears any barcodes lately lol

Agree Syd, I can't understand any of the negativity about Defoe who I personally think is a more complete player than Bent will ever be, he is strong, very quick and can score goals from almost anywhere.

For me a non runner, he would not like it up here, and would do everything for a move back south, especially with a payday, sorry mate not for me,we need a bigger bloke, but not Crouchie, there must be millions of players, who we have not looked at yet, but as I said we have nearly seven weeks to do something, so we have got time for the right man, Messi might fancy it. has anybody from SAFC asked him?

My mate is a Man Utd fan and rates brown, ability wise, as a very very good player - the main reason most of us are worried about him is his injury record.

As for O'Shea - would you bleieve he actually played more times last season than Rio... And he has also been used in all 11 position on a football field by Man Utd at some point in his career there.. Quite a versatile young lad - who needs a sub goalie!!)

The more I think about it the more I am coming round to Defoe as a target. Of course, it may all be daft speculation but as a few of the more trustworthy lads on here have it on good authority he has been ion the NE last week (why else would he be here unless he is auditioning for the next Geordie Shore programme) then we can honestly speculate away.

If he was good physically and mentally, for £9m or £10m he would be a really quality signing and at an age with 2 or 3 top years left in his career? Also, he would be desperate to win back his England place, so would be going hell for leather to get rid of Judas and score a shed load of goals.

Win Win for everyone there then.

And he could always get some tips about playing in goal from Quinny.
