And samba is back! Now we find out plan B! @QPRFC: DIAKITE RETURNS: #QPR midfielder Samba Diakite returns to Loftus Road following Al-Ittihad loan spell http://t.co/FdWcmQ8jl7
Hope TF has someone in mind or this is the ultimate shafting by HR. No window to work with, offload players and no manager ready!
@IJTaylor81: CONFIRMED: Harry Redknapp has resigned as @QPRFC manager with knee operation imminent. Les Ferdinand & Chris Ramsey in temporary charge #QPR
Whatever happens, my feeling of legendary status for Les Ferdinand has evaporated within a few weeks. This leaves a sour taste. The phrase Knife in the back springs to mind
Could've gone at the beginning of Jan. The mug. He's basically stuck two fingers up to the club. In other news the club shop has sold out of gilet's
Seems to me this has been on the cards for a while. Harry always seemed I'll at ease with the appointment of Les, no new signings with Les in charge of getting them done, Knee Surgery a very handy excuse to walk away without losing face. Gotta love the Soap Opera that is being a Rangers fan
Superb news, delighted is an understatement. Our chances of staying up have improved already, despite the lack of new players in January. However, what terrible timing the day after the window closes. I see Harry has blamed it on his knee, not recent weeks events.
So it's the knee injury excuse that many predicted he would use! Awful timing, feels rather deliberate, guess we'll see as things unfold.
Well, thanks for Wembley Harry and good luck. Whether it is 'good riddance'entirely depends on how we do over the next few games. It is only points that count, not who is in charge.
Being a supporter for 30 yrs...He was manager for my 2 greatest nights as a fan (wigan & derby) and being right behind obz top corner will stay forever....but come on....we might get an away point now...perhaps??
