I did tell him that the intelligence level has dipped since he left !

No disrespect to anyone by the way.

Yeah, would be great to have Notso back.

Anyone remember why Boss stopped posting? The Kane and Chadli fan clubs aren't the same without him :(

If I remember correctly, Boss went AWOL once before and on his return, said he had been away building up his own business. Maybe that's the same reason this time.

He recommended to me a great pub/restaurant on the shores of Loch Ness because he knew I was spending Xmas in that area. Hope he returns so I can thank him for his excellent choice.

Also, whenever I saw Boss's name on my screen, I knew I would be reading some common sense.

He says that but I think he went offline soon after the no vote. Boss is Alex Salmond and he's not fooling me <ok>

Two goals for ex-Chelsea player De Bruyne against the league leaders, who let in goals like Chelsea!

Looking rather battered and bruised, but it's good to see him back on his feet.

It's currently 0-0 at HT in the Um Bongo Derby in the ACoN, as Congo face off against their deadly rivals... Congo. <confused>

I’ll bet the answer is no, from what I’ve seen of Pochettino. Bringing him in as a late sub is possible.

LDL: there’s actually no correlation between most of most people’s ideas about nutrition and scientific data. We know eating much less will make you live longer. We know that eating too much is bad for you. Red grapes seem to be good. We evolved as fruit eaters. And that’s about it, other than the fact that staying away from some things, for some people, is important.

It may be the common wisdom about nutrition is basically wrong. The more sugary the food, the less work our bodies need to do to digest it. That may save wear and tear, which may be the critical factor. It would also explain why our tongues differentiate sugary foods favorably. Common wisdom in the middle ages was that fruit was bad for you. It was obvious because only poor people ate it. The variety of quacks and snake-oil salesmen known as nutritionsts, and the common wisdom they dispense today, may be equally wrong-headed. They certainly flip-flop frequently enough to be worth ignoring.
