If catts and rodwell are out it's the perfect time to try something a little more attacking and have Giaccherini deployed slightly more advanced than Bridcutt and Larsson. Think he'll go Wickham left and Johnson right rather than start Alvarez

Aye. Wickham needs to get involved vs a very fragile defence.

Alvarez is better as an impact player. No good starting him tomorrow. Wickham we missed massively against hull. He's obviously more important than some think (me included). He needs to put himself in among it tomorrow. Akinfenwe(sp?) made their defence shake so Wickham should be blowing them away. There again, so should Altidore!!
