I've nicked this off CI, apologies to N5.

So what you stocked up with? Whats your tipple?

The girls at work got me a bottle of Bombay Sapphire today, got half a bottle left from me birthday too.
    Gordons Gin

    Aldi's own Gin, very nice.

    Bottle of Bacardi

    3 cases of Becks.

    2 cases of Stella

Couple of cases of Tetleys Bitter

Bulmers Pear Cider, not having that Irish **** in my house

    Case of Strongbow

    4 bottles of Rose

    4 bottles of Chianti

Whats a good white wine? Any recommendations. I prefer Red wine.

25 bottles of white, 25 bottles of red, several cases of lager(which is odd, as I'm a bitter man), multiple bottles of Vodka, Bacardi, Scotch. Brandy, Port and a few bottles each of Champgne and Prosecco.

I tend to get thirsty at Christmas.

This is going to be a great thread, good call Chazz <ok>

I'm looking forward to "very posh" bottle of port. I'll have it with the cheese board no less( if you don't mind Chazz, this thread is going involve Christmas foodstuffs).

Iv'e got to go out now but...no got to go. damn.

I'm a big fan of cheese, but I don't like Stilton, or any other blue cheeses.

I was supposed to be at a party half an hour ago, but instead I'm talking about cheese on a football message board, how long does a woman need to get ready ffs?

It is really good for booze innit. I was on my dinner today and walking round it and two posho's were raving about some dessert wine in a wooden box. I've never tried a dessert wine, should I??

This is just coming across as a thread of one-up-ing each other haha.

I'd never involve myself in such activity.

    ...

    I'm above that.

    ...

You'll never see me participate in this.

    ...

    Nope. Never.

    ...

    I.... I....

    ...

    Oh I can't resist.

78 crates of Tesco's own lager. 15 bottles of Sainsburys' Vodka. 635 bottles of red. 235 bottles of white. 6342 bottles of rose. 354326 bottles of champagne. 4 bottles of paint stripper. 13 bottles of Jack Daniels. 3 bottles of Barcadi. 25 bottles of Sourz. 2562 WKDs. 29 bottles of Baileys. 9 bottles of Disaranno. 5 bottles of Aldi's own mouthwash. 352346257457463 shots. And... a bottle of Taboo.

    Top that!

    Excellent Kemps

After a year of watching what I eat my mush has been slavering for weeks at the thought of chucking endless amounts of high fat, high calorie & overly rich grub down my trap.

Cheese for my crackers, home roasted ham, Homemade pork pie, sausage rolls & scotch eggs. Christmas Cakes (fruit & chocolate) & Stollen. (she's been baking for 2 days solid**). Trifle (proper trudgey with a squelch as you spoon it out). Olives & parma ham. Crisps (can't stop buying them, got 2 giant bags of Sweet Chilli Sensations from the garage on the A63 today £1 a ****ing bag). & Pate to make me Fattay.

I'm getting a semi on just writing this, can't wait to get weighed at fat club tomorrow night, after that I'm straight on it.

**Note of advice to the ladies: Cooking & baking regularly will not only create a happy home & sate your partner's appetite it will also create aromas that are guaranteed to make your home more welcoming than any ****ing candle ever could.

    Yes.

    And the Osbournes.

    And Sooty and Sue.

The Spice Girls (minus 3 of them).

The actor who plays Norris in Corrie.

And, finally, the local Ice Cream Van driver.

But in all seriousness, I'm drinking Disaronno this Christmas.

Right. I had some dessert wine in a 2 michelin star restaurant and it was like my eyes had been opened to a whole new category of booze. It was beautiful.

So then I bought a bottle from tescos and it only took one sip for my dreams to be shattered. It were rank.

You can get some good beers cheap & they sometimes have Murphys on offer, which I prefer to Guiness. The Mrs likes their versions of Baileys & Malibu.

If you like your wine sweet try one.
