Well you're showing all the characteristics of a pedigree poodle... Must be some sort of cross breed.
Are you forgetting Crystal Palace, Ian Holloway and Tony Pulis. Sunderland, Dicanio and Poyet. Swansea, Michael Laudrup. Don't manipulate information to suit your argument.
Must be worrying for you now when the posters who share your view of the same situation are the likes of Patty,Thuds, Brady and a few Sunderland WUMs.
Sunderland and Palace both changed their managers last season and stayed up so i don't think your argument necessarily works very well.... I also believe West Brom changed theirs and stayed up to. The Fulham and Norwich one show you not to do it to late as it will have very little impact.
Pulis was appointed in November. Poyet in September. Laudrup was a summer appointment. What the **** are you taking about? My stats are from this time last year.
Managers where changed last year because of poor performances and they stayed up. That is the point I am making. Laudrup was sacked in February. Plus I aren't saying that Bruce should go. I am just saying some people who stop acting like nothing is wrong and that should this form continue then he is not exempt from the sack. I get that your basis is on this time last year. But the examples you chose where in December, April and Feb.
Swansea were mid-table when Laudrup was sacked and had nothing to do with the risk of their league status.
Your theory was that changing a manager means you go down? Well clearly it doesn't as we have named 3 who changed and stayed up. Changing a manager doesn't necessarily mean you go down it is completely down to who you bring and why. Personally i don't think getting rid of Bruce is the answer but something does need to change and quickly. Sunderland and Palace where both in the bottom 3, admittedly they sacked their manager sooner but it shows that managers can turn things round.
Not entirely correct. Yes, we were sitting in 12th place but were only 2pts from the relegation zone and results were trending down. Yes, there also were things happening "behind the scenes" but Laudrup was sacked to try and help ensure our PL status and to return to the "Swansea Way"
You might be the exception, but I'd wager my paltry salary that the majority of poodles on here are poodles at matches, too; **** knows, I hear enough of 'em yapping around me at the KC.
Fulham where stupid and had 3 managers in one season. What do you expect? Cardiff is a shambles from top to bottom the managerial appointment had nothing to do with it and the ridiculous backdrop more so.
Yes however Rene left in February and there is no evidence that the manager who replaced Martin Jol would not have kept them up....
