He can't evolve his squads mate. He built it his team, got us playing well, had to move many players on (not his fault) but what he brought in to replace them didn't fit our style and he couldn't adjust for his new players. We lost all identity and confidence as a result. As time went on it was clear he'd lost the players due to his methods. I didn't think he'd repeat it until you give him money.
Sometimes the players need to take a bit of the stick! It wasn't long ago everyone was saying what a great job he'd done in the transfer window! Things sometimes just don't work out! Weve got plenty of time to change this around! Merry Xmas everyone
Injuries galore - and rarely down to a challenge / tackle - and that is summat he was on called up on at Sunderland SB is our best manager imo but I'm concerned he can't play us another way when it's needed . Either stick to a plan or have a clear second option , we fall inbetween the two
He's doing real well learning the lingo.
Injuries and suspensions are killing us, I agree. It doesn't help when the manager is falling out with and casting off the rest of the players.
It's all going to ****, but I don't want to see him go. If we go down it'll be **** but I'd rather that than stay up with someone like Pulis.
yeah, we can be bumping along the bottom of league 2 with SB........ anything is better than staying up!
He got you up in the first place and then took you to your first Cup final. Now after a bad run you're wanting his head on a stick, he's not become a bad manager, he's just in need of a break.
Did people really think we were going to win today? I mean, I sure didnt think so. Its the next 2 games that we need to win this month this game I had already figured we were going to lose.
Anyone hear Bruce's rh interview? He said we've had a poor November and a poor start to December.....my calender says it's the 20th today so we've had more than a poor start to December Steve. Also yes we've got our best players in the stand but we've been no better with them on the pitch
