These are worrying times to be a hull supporter, after hearing a few 'pros' talk about City today, the games ahead aint looking too great!.....Yes we've lost games on the bounce and could pull through, but atm, i just dont see it, we cant put 3 passes together, we've struggled to score recently! and we dont look confident! ...but whats worrys me the most is that there is trouble in camp!...good luck bruce! This is your biggest test!

    Oh stop been ****.

We're not in trouble so long as we don't try parking the bus all the time, as we've proven in almost every game this season, we can't defend to save our ****ing lives any more.

And so long as Meyler for Diame doesn't constitute an attacking change.

If that happens, it would constitute the largest **** up since Jar Jar Binks was inserted into the Star Wars franchise.

We're pretty much at the end of the hard run of games (Chelsea remaining). We'll start picking up points now.

Yes it must be worrying for Hull fans, declining attendances, season ticket sales down etc...
As far as City fans go the ones who used to go pre KC can remember far worse.

The late 70s/early80s weren't exactly joyful times either. Wonder how many of the sit down, shut up, half and half scarf wearing brigade remember any of them?

None, or they wouldn't be members of the sit down, shut up, half and half scarf wearing brigade.

At the end of the day, a relegation scrap does bring a bit of spice to the season. The only 'bad times' has been watching the Burnley and Man Utd games - poor effort from the majority of players is disappointing to watch whichever league we're in but probably harder to accept in the EPL due to their wages/privileged position.

The late 90's were halcyon days compared to the early 80's.

No Burnley out bullied us and we lay down and accepted it. We also played the last 20 minutes with ten men, not through a sending off but because of a substitution cock up.
We were outplayed at Old Trafford. Not the first and not the last time that has happened.
Before that. We played Spurs off the field for 45 minutes until reduced to ten men by the referee.
And v Southampton we were narrowly beaten by the form team of the division courtesy of a goal keeping error.

We were always going to have a testing period of the season, which we had to get through.

As said above, we've been poor on our travels, but there's something to build on at home & performances haven't been all that bad. It helps when that's where we have to play Leicester, Swansea & West Brom in the next few games. Anything at Everton & Chelsea away is a bonus.

That's kinda my point. Didn't enjoy the Burnley game - poor effort, you could say didn't stand up to them, I felt we didn't match them for effort.
Didn't enjoy the Man Utd game - we didn't have a go. I don't mind being outclassed, watching us against numerous opposition (Chelsea and Southampton last year spring to mind), I never came away disappointed but I did against Man Utd. Whatever league we're in, I'd like to see a good effort from our team and I'll carry on supporting and enjoying it. I quite enjoy us being a yo-yo team at the moment, never a dull season. Imagine being a Villa fan?

Very True....I wouldn't wear a half and half if you paid me.....the only time we had scarfs with the other teams colours was if we nicked one off a visiting supporter or if we wanted to go in the away end in disguise...

I noticed loads of United fans has them on at OT..

Couldn't tell who the hell was supporting who.

To and old git like me sitting down at the footy is awful ...I'm falling to bits but I still stand up and if I do have to sit for a minute or two I would never moan about people blocking my view ..

I dream of every one in the north stand stood up singing .

    Just a dream maybe ?

It's a dream that we should all try to make reality, not just in the north, but in other areas of the ground too.

Like the negative of the walk up area being in the middle, do you think these things can be turned to a positive as the club seem keen to listen?

Same here, as regards being able to stand for 90 minutes.

When you see Man City and Rverton taking 2,500-3,000 fans away at the weekend who all stood up surely we can get 3,000 stood up at a home game? Strange how their away tickets end up with fans who want to stand and support the team yet 2,000 out of 2,500 of ours end up with the sit up shut down brigade some of whom disgracefully are happy to get fellow supports ejected.
