i worked with smoking cessation workers (basically we funded ther project) before chamix was available widely

its good for severe smokers with severe need to quit, but the side effects are not worth it imo

Good luck - you'll need it.

Giving up nicotine is really difficult but stopping the weed you clearly indulge in will be the biggest kicker. It's a change of life style rather than just stopping a filthy habit.

I smoked for 20 years and gave up through a mixture of chewing that ****ing horrible gum and an 'inhalator' to curb the craving while having a beer.

The real key is that you have to REALLY want to stop in your own mind - not because you think you should or your Doctor/family/Mrs said so.

what backy do you put in a joint? or you just smoke rollies?

I use a bit of baccy, but nothing compared to before though. I used to smoke a 12.5g of GV a day, down to a couple of packs a week now.

12.5g is a small pack. I used to smoke Malboro reds when I was younger but they cost way too much in this country, I can also get through 40 if I'm drinking.
