i smoked for almost 20 years, tried to quit a few times but not for myself, failed each time
one day decided it was enough, didnt bother with any aids, found smoking cessation etc useless
changed my patterns, as in i smoked after meals, went for walk instead
hardest thing i have done in my life, was a git to live with,
worst side effects were sugar levels dropping, which lead to panic attacks etc and weight gain
there is some mad shoite you get which they never tell you about and the symptoms carry on for months
been smoke free for nearly 2 years (2 cigars no ***s in that time) well worth it taste etc returns
its solid though and no one tells you the truth. internet forums were the best
