Always hated him? He's only been on the scene for about six years so are we to assume you're six?
The fact that Murray comes across as a somewhat dour character is what endears him to me. He's got a very dry sense of humour as well, that a lot of people apparently don't 'get'.
There's plenty of people given reasons on this thread for why they dislike Murray. Whether others agree or not is their choice.
But I'd be extremely interested in hearing why people feel the need to fight his corner and make out he's a top bloke,**** him off and make out he's ten times ****ing better at tennis than he actually is???

For someone who claims they don't like Andy Murray you seem a tad obsessive about the chap. Also, grow up. If people like Andy Murray and think he's a good tennis player or whatever then that's up to them. Why should some little scrote like you who's achieved **** all in their life tell them any differently?

And there you have it. A person who supports Barnsley having a go at Andy Murray supporters for no other reason than they happen to support Andy Murray.
A poster so inordinately stupid he thinks that tipping one of the favourites (a man who's only lost one game in the last year) somehow makes him an expert at tennis. A man so lacking in intelligence that he cannot fathom out that people might support Murray because they appreciate how good he is. A poster who cannot put forward a tangible reason for his dislike of Andy Murray fans without recourse to homophobic insults.
A poster who litters his posts with smileys in the same tiresome fashion that childish little WUMs used to do on 606.
And above all that he doesn't even have the intelligence to work out that he's criticising people for supporting a man who hasn't won a major trophy while he himself supports a club that have achieved nothing of note for decades.
