As for the Keynesian quote - interesting, given that JMK himself was roughly left, I always thought.

Not sure how many you're looking for here but I'd guess at Cornwall, Dorset and Worcestershire.

 

So - Rutland, with Cornwall and Worcestershire from cologne (didn't include Dorset - I think Bournemouth is there) - how about the Isle of Wight?

 

I think you can add Westmorland to the list.
